Providing customers with plentiful, high quality, and safe water is our greatest achievement and responsibility. We recognize the role that water plays in your life and in the health and vitality of our community. We have numerous programs in place to make sure our 975 miles of water pipes, 21 water storage facilities and other essential system elements are in top working order around the clock.

On a daily basis we provide 14 million gallons of water to homes and businesses throughout a four-county region. Our state-of-the-art membrane filtration plant provides technology used by only two percent of the utilities in Tennessee. The plant is often used as a showcase for industry professionals seeking ways to bring the best and most effective technologies to their customers.
