We’ve made a few changes!

Customer Number - You will now see an account number and your customer number. Your account number is specific to one location, but your customer number will stay the same for all of your accounts within in our service area.

Contact Information - We’re now on Facebook and Twitter, and we have a YouTube channel with a growing video library!

Important Messages – We have removed the disconnection date and added the following message:  Payments must be received within 10 days after the due date each month to avoid service interruption.  For example, if your bill is due on the 10th of each month, payment must be received by the 20th of each month.  We send out reminder phone calls and emails, so keep your information updated!

  1. Account Information.
    Account number, *Customer number, Service address, Service dates, Due date.

  2. Contact Information.
    Phone number, Fax number, Website address, Rate information. We are now on Facebook and Twitter! Connect with us at www.facebook.com/whudh20 and www.twitter.com/whud_h20.

  3. Account Activity.
    Previous balances, Adjustments, Services, Readings, and Usage.

  4. Charges.
    Previous balances, Adjustments, Service charges, Tax, Total amount due, Amount due after due date.

    NOTE: WHUD provides sewer billing services for Hendersonville Utility District and Portland Utilities. Customers with Hendersonville or Portland sewer should contact their offices for any questions about their sewer charges or adjustment policies.

  5. Important Messages.
    Information regarding Previous balances, Service Interruption, and Reconnection fees.

  6. Payment Options.
    Provides options for bill payment, including places to pay your bill.

  7. Compare usage chart.
    The chart displays the number of days and gallons used in the current month, previous month, and previous year.

  8. Payment stub.
    Detachable portion of bill with customer information to be returned with payment.

  9. Change of Address.
    Use this section to change the contact information on your account including mailing address, phone number(s) and email address. Mark checkbox on payment stub to indicate changes.

    How to check for leaks and information on how leaks can increase water usage.
