At White House Utility District, our goal is to provide our more than 100,000 customers with excellent service, every single day.  We offer a range of options to assist you including phone and email support, online self-services, and informational videos.

Our customer care representatives are available to assist you with any questions or requests from 8 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday. For 24-hour customer service regarding water outages or emergencies, please report them on our Customer Problem Reporter. Or you can call 615-672-4110 or visit our Outage Map to see if there is a reported outage in your area.
