One-time payments may be scheduled online using your debit/credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, or echeck through Customer Connect. Auto Pay may be set using a debit/credit card or echeck in our Customer Portal. You can now also link your account to Alexa and use voice commands to pay your bill and set up notifications. NOTE: A $1.75 processing fee will be added to your one-time online payment. However, if you choose to enroll in Auto Pay there is no processing fee, and you can choose your monthly draft date.

We have two dropbox locations. One is located at the White House Utility District’s main office, and the other is on the corner of New Shackle Island Road & Drakes Creek Road in Hendersonville.
