Payment Options

The following payment options are available for your convenience:

Online

WHUD is excited to announce that you can now use Venmo, PayPal and Amazon Pay in addition to debit/credit card,  and echeck through our full access our Customer Portal. You can also pay directly through the PayPal app.

Here’s how:

Visit the My Account/Pay my Bill page, and log into your account or choose “Pay My Bill”.  Under payment options, choose the preferred payment method.  You can also set up Auto Pay when logged into your account, using a debit/credit card or echeck and choose your payment date.

Meet our newest offering: WHUD Chatbot! This helpful new capability is here to help you manage your account 24/7/365. Whether you have a question about your account or want to make a payment, consider Chatbot your personal account management assistant.

NOTE: A $1.75 processing fee will be added to your one-time online payment. However, if you choose to enroll in Auto Pay there is no processing fee, and you can choose your monthly draft date.

Automatic Draft

Sign up for automatic payments from your checking account by completing an authorization form through our Customer Service Hub under Customer Support/Online Forms & Tools.

You can also sign up for Auto Pay in our customer portal under My Account.  To do so, you must first log in or register your account. The Auto Pay feature gives you the option to select your payment method (Credit Card or bank account), as well as your draft date.

There are no processing fees with the Automatic Draft options.

Phone

Call (615)-672-4110 to complete an over the phone payment using your debit/credit card or banking account information via:

  • Customer Care Representative: Option 0
  • Automated Payment System: Option 2

*A $1.75 processing fee will be added to your payment through our automated phone system. However, there are no fees when paying directly with a customer care representative.

In Person

You can pay by cash, check, or credit/debit cards at the following locations:

Walmart Customer Service Desk

With Walmart Pay, you can now pay your WHUD bill with cash or debit cards within the Money Center of your local Walmart. Simply bring your account number and request to make a White House Utility District bill payment via Walmart Bill Pay. It’s fast, easy and a perfect way to make your payment when it’s convenient for you.

Dropbox Locations

Our payment drop box is located on the corner of New Shackle Island Road & Drakes Creek Road in Hendersonville.

*Payments made here will be posted next business day.

There is a new self-service payment kiosk at our main office located at 2315 US Hwy 31W in White House. The kiosk is available 24/7 and accepts check, cash, and credit card payments.
