Payment Options

The following payment options are available for your convenience:

Online

One-time payments may be scheduled online using your debit/credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, or a banking account through Customer Connect. You can now also link your account to Alexa and use voice commands to pay your bill and set up notifications. Click here for more information and to get started.

NOTE: A $1.75 processing fee will be added to your online payment. However, if you choose to enroll in Auto Pay using your debit/credit card or a banking account, there is no processing fee, and you can choose your monthly draft date.

Automatic Monthly Bank Draft (No Fees)

Sign up for automatic payment service by completing an authorization form through our new Customer Service Hub.

Call (615)-672-4110 to complete an over the phone payment using your debit/credit card or banking account information through Paymentus via:

  • Customer Care Representative: Option 0
  • Automated Payment System: Option 2

*A $1.95 processing fee will be added to your payment. However, due to COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended the fee if you select Option 0 and pay directly through a customer care representative.

Dropbox Locations

We have two dropbox locations. One is located at the White House Utility District’s main office, and the other is on the corner of New Shackle Island Road & Drakes Creek Road in Hendersonville.
