Water Quality

Providing customers with plentiful, high quality, and safe water is our greatest achievement and responsibility. We recognize the role that water plays in your life and in the health and vitality of our community. We have numerous programs in place to make sure our 1,050+ miles of water pipes, 18 water storage facilities and other essential system elements are in top working order around the clock.

In peak summer months, we provide roughly 14 million gallons of water per day to homes and businesses throughout a four-county region, using a conventional treatment plant and a state-of-the-art membrane filtration plant. Our membrane filtration plant was one of the first in the state and is often used as a showcase for industry professionals seeking ways to bring the best and most effective technologies to their customers.
