Customer Number – You will now see an account number and your customer number. Your account number is specific to one location, but your customer number will stay the same for all of your accounts within in our service area.
Contact Information – We’re now on Facebook and Twitter, and we have a YouTube channel with a growing video library!
Important Messages – We have removed the disconnection date and added the following message: Payments must be received within 10 days after the due date each month to avoid service interruption. For example, if your bill is due on the 10th of each month, payment must be received by the 20th of each month. We send out reminder phone calls and emails, so keep your information updated!
