WHUD is continuously looking for ways to better serve our customers. And one way we’re hoping to do that is through our new live chat feature. Now, when you visit WHUD.org, you have the option to start a live chat with one of our customer care reps. This feature is available Monday – Friday during normal business hours (8am – 4pm). Once you’ve ended the chat, you will have the option to view and/or save the chat transcript.

To start a chat, visit the homepage and click on the “Live Chat” button.
