10 Jun Managing Your Account Has Never Been Easier
WHUD customers can now use Venmo, PayPal, and Amazon Pay when paying your bill through Customer Connect, our full-access customer portal.
Here’s how:
- Visit Customer Connect.
- Log in to your account or click “Pay My Bill”. If you are not able to view the “Pay My Bill” screen on your phone, try turning the phone sideways for better resolution.
- If logging in, enter your customer number and account number. You can also select quick pay under “Pay My Bill”.
- Under payment options, choose the preferred method (Credit Card, Debit Card, eCheck/Bank Account, PayPal, Venmo, and Amazon Pay).
You can also pay your bill directly through the PayPal app, or use Walmart Pay at any area Walmart Customer Service Desk.
Expanded Bill Pay Convenience
Whether you prefer digital wallets or in-store payments, WHUD has you covered! Venmo, PayPal and Amazon Pay customers can make a payment as easily as sending money to a friend.
With Walmart Pay, you can pay your WHUD bill with cash or debit cards within the Money Center of your local Walmart. Simply bring your account number and request to make a White House Utility District payment via Walmart Bill Pay. It’s fast, easy and a perfect way to make your payment when convenient for you.

You can also sign up for monthly Auto Pay with no fees. To do so, you must first log in to or register your account through Customer Connect. The free Auto Pay feature gives you the option to select your payment method (Credit Card or bank account), as well as your draft date.
If you don’t have a Customer Connect Account, you can enroll in Bank Auto Draft through our Customer Service Hub. Fill out and submit the Bank Auto Draft Form.
