Start Service

Our Start Service process has changed, and our forms have moved!

If you need to Start Service at an address that already exists in our service area (and does not need a tap and/or meter installed), please visit Customer Connect, our customer account management portal, and click on the “Start New Service” button in the middle of the page.

If you are building new construction that needs a tap and/or meter installed, please visit our Customer Service Hub and complete the “New Construction Start Service Form”.
