White House Utility District customers can now link their WHUD water and wastewater accounts to Alexa receive bill alerts and reminders. Customers can also pay their bill using Alexa and Amazon Pay or compare current and previous usage.
To help promote this new option, along with the newly added payment methods of PayPal and Venmo, we are giving away eight All-new Echo Dots this holiday season. All current WHUD water and wastewater customers who pay using any of these new payment options (Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Venmo) between now and Dec. 25, 2021, will automatically be entered to win. Visit our Customer Portal to use one of these new payment options. You can either log in or use the quick pay option.
To pay using one of these new methods, click the My Account link in the top menu, log in to your account or select quick bill pay. Once you get to the payment screen, you will see the option to pay using Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
Prizes will be available for pick-up until January 31, 2022, at WHUD’s main office, 3303 Hwy 31W, White House, TN 37188.
